Data Deletion Request
If you want Masssivo Tech LLC to delete personal data we control about you, send a request to contacto@masssivotech.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
What to include
- Full name and email associated with your request
- Description of the data or service involved
- Any account or project identifiers you know
Process
We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law, security, or contractual obligations.
Meta-related data
For data processed solely on behalf of a business client through Meta integrations, the client may be the primary controller. We will guide you or forward the request as appropriate.
